Hello, I’m Dallas Swan, this is me throwing my hat into the ring of the repair business. From growing up on a farm in Canada to the great Australian Outback and fixing things all along the way! I have always been drawn to all things mechanical from riding in my neighbours tractor at the age of 3, to rebuilding my own vehicles in the shed as a teenager.
I have had the fortune to learn a lot of what I know from some amazing people. Because I've learnt so much from these mentors, I love to help and share this knowledge with everyone in need, whether that's out in a paddock or stuck on the side of the road.
The "just change it" mentality that many large shops have, has frustrated me for far too long, and I am ready to prove that there is no reason you should worry about the bank balance before calling me.
Many machinery problems are often the result of something small (like electrical faults from worn wiring or bad connections) that often gets missed during the diagnosis. These small issues can be all it takes to have a breakdown. I aim to share my understanding how the machine works from the radiator, right through to the inside of the rear differential. I value my time (and your money) so repeating the same job on the same machine over and over does not appeal to me. I'd 100% prefer to fix the problem right the first time. What do you reckon?
